Project Description
New A & E extension at Tallaght Hospital including the refurbishment of the existing A&E
The contract comprised the fit out and construction of a new A & E Extension and refurbishment of the existing A & E at the Adelaide and Meath National Children’s Hospital in Tallaght, Dublin. We completed the complete electrical services installation. The expansion of the emergency unit was part of a €5m two-phase project. Also included in this project are two family bereavement rooms and a new psychiatric assessment unit. The existing hospital remained in medical use throughout the construction period. The works included alterations to the existing building to facilitate interconnection. The works also included new connections to existing mains electrical and communications services
